Center for Compassion

Center for Compassion

Our New Home is Finally Here!

The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA has been in dire need of a new home for our programs, which save and change lives daily. With a final push from supporters, that home opened in early September. Warm. Inspiring. Bright. Creative. Fun. These are words visitors are using to describe our new Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Rd. in Burlingame. And, the animals are already benefitting.  We have had multiple days placing 20+ shelter animals into new, permanent homes (the average # of adoptions per day from our Coyote Pt. facility was 10-11). And, adoptions are just part of what makes our new Center special. Click here for more details.

Personalized Bricks & Pavers
Brick Order Form
Personalized bricks and pavers are a great way to provide permanent recognition for a variety of occasions. Bricks/pavers are laser-engraved with wording of your choice and an optional graphic, and placed in our Path of Kindness that leads to our new Center for Compassion. Demonstrate your love for the animals, and reserve a piece of our shelter’s history!

Creative Plaques

Your name (or the name of a beloved family member, friend, or pet) can be permanently displayed inside our new Center for Compassion. Names will
be engraved on a creative plaque and displayed on our Circle of Friends
wall near our dog dorms. Consider ordering a personalized plaque to support our new shelter.
